Jason Lamb -
Owner / Operator

Jason leads client consultations, project planning, and field operations at Everclear Pools & Spas. He works directly with homeowners from initial site visit through construction and service coordination, ensuring clarity, precision, and steady progress at every stage.

With extensive hands-on industry experience, Jason oversees crew management, scheduling alignment, and on-site execution. His ability to connect big-picture planning with practical field leadership ensures that each project is organized, efficient, and built to standard.

Jason brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, field leadership, and client communication — allowing him to guide projects from concept to completion with clarity and confidence.

Founder / Owner

Deven founded Everclear Pools & Spas with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and long-term performance. With over 20 years of industry experience, he oversees company direction, construction standards, and overall project execution.

His leadership ensures every pool meets the structural and performance standards that define the Everclear name.

Jessica Koster -
Operations & Client Coordinator

Jessica supports daily operations through invoicing, scheduling coordination, client communication, and administrative management. She assists with service scheduling, office operations, and logistical support to keep projects and service calls organized.

Her role ensures that behind-the-scenes systems run smoothly and clients receive timely communication and dependable support throughout the season.
